Scholarships are awards to applicants that demonstrate financial need as well as excellence in leadership, communications, compassion for animals, professional experience and/or activities.

To be considered for one or more of the scholarships, applicants must:

1. Be a Maryland resident.

2. Be a current second, third or fourth-year veterinary student.

3. Have applied for financial aid.

4. Provide all required documentation listed in the application.

5. Answer all application essay questions.
