It's never too late - or too early - to learn about how to get (and keep) your veterinary state license, or how to transfer or add another state license. This presentation is geared toward those who will soon be practicing, but we strongly encourage others to come so that you are aware and prepared.

Monday, March 24th |12:00 – 1:00pm | Varis Lecture Hall (VLH) | Lunch will be served.

The presentation covers the role of the licensing jurisdiction and the AAVSB in the licensee’s life and career. The objectives are:

  • Define licensure
  • Describe the practice of veterinary medicine
  • Understand key concepts
  • Describe the discipline process (staying out of trouble)
  • AAVSB for the Life of Your License and Career

If you are unable to attend, this presentation will be recorded and made available to students.
