About this Event
As part of Tufs University's ongoing response to the conflict between Israel and Hamas, faculty and staff have access to coaching from a licensed master social worker to support with navigating challenging interactions with distressed community members (including students, colleagues, parents, donors, and alumni). Tufts has partnered with Empathia, a global crisis management, counseling, and intervention leader, to lead these coaching sessions.
Sessions will focus on empowering employees in what to say and how to say it in ways that create a supportive university environment. There will be 6x hour-long sessions in January; register via Tufts Learning Center.
