Student Affairs is proud to announce Yoga is back! Beginner's level yoga & meditation classes will meet on Wednesdays from 5:15-6:30 on campus. All classes are FREE, but registration will be limited given the room size. Please use this link to sign up: https://forms.office.com/r/D3rw3LwgRW  

Our Wednesday class is taught by Sharon Hunter Mathews, MA, LMHC. She has been a certified yoga teacher in addition to teaching stress reduction and mindfulness mediation since 1995. Her hatha yoga classes are multi-level where postures are modified to accommodate for the beginner or advanced student. The class is based upon the Kripalu and lyengar traditions. You will learn breathing pranayama techniques, correct alignment, and how to cultivate inner peace. The class includes a relaxation meditation.
